Water inflation

Pop the Clown, the game where you shoot clown girls with a water gun and fill their bellies until they pop out of their shirts. Play all three Rounds!

Use tickets to buy upgrades, including better water guns, water balloons, and a small photo album with full bodies of the clowns.

Photo Album

Once bought, the album will be available on the main menu. Since the album was added so late, you will have to start a new game for it to work properly. Press Q on the main menu to reset. Close the game and replay. It should now save the album.

Controls

Mouse to aim.

Left Mouse Button to fire.

Right Mouse Button to toss a water balloon.

Love this game, lol! A nice addition would be to show each stage of belly stuffedness for each girl in the photo album.

Game updated, nice, all past issues fixed I think.

The only other thing I noticed is that if you only use some of the water balloons, it doesn't reset them on the next day, so I thought maybe we had to buy a new batch for 300 again to get a refill. Honestly, the water balloons are so strong that swapping it out of being a permanent upgrade and instead charge for refills might actually be a good balancing thing, but it isn't exactly the kind of game to need too many buffs or nerfs since it's a one-off arcade game that can be fully beaten in like 8 minutes.

Cool game, 👍

I've noticed if you're shooting anywhere near the left side of the screen when the round ends and the curtains are starting to close, it autoclicks the quit to title screen button. Dunno if it's related, but I also had a couple times where I'd fire at something on the left mid-round and it'd end the round and boot me to the title screen, as if the button was still there. (Does this on both the Itch page and on a downloaded copy.)
Also I wish the store told us what each purchase is. I know we can basically guess, but it still would be nice if the game was like, "pack of [number] water balloons, right click for massive damage!", or said what that book is (I assume it's the gallery?)

One more thing, I wish hitboxes were a bit bigger considering how zippy the game is and how jittery a lot of the clown animations are. A common thing in non-PVP game development is to make player hurtboxes subtly smaller than expected and enemy NPC hitboxes subtly bigger, just to lessen the chances of glitches/lag punishing the player, or an "OH COME ON, I TOTALLY HAD IT!!!" from the player, and some of the clowns aren't taking on water when I assume they should be.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll definitely take a look at the back button problem.

More information in the shop sounds like a good idea. I'll have a look at the target size.

Definitely a fun game! A few things I noticed however, in both the Windows version .09 and the html version:
1) On repeat playthroughs, if I purchase upgrades from the prize wall, the graphic for the upgraded water gun will carry over, as well as the blacked-out boxes of the upgrades I bought, but the increased water flow won't carry over, and I don't have the option to purchase the water gun upgrades a second time.
2) It seems like I only get one chance to take on the Boss Clown; they showed up on my first time reaching Round 3, but once it reset to Round 1 again, she didn't show up the second time I reached Round 3.
3) On the prize wall, I'm not able to buy the 300-ticket stack of water balloons, no matter how many tickets I actually have.
4) A very minor nitpick, but the target point on the fan dancer clown doesn't appear to be her mouth, but just above it, about where her nose is.

Thanks for playing!

Thanks for pointing out some issues. They will be fixed in the next update.

Can confirm all of the bugs reported here by Mike Fang (at least on the downloaded version)

was hoping to actually pop them

Oh man, I love this! You have such a baller art style - takes me right back to the cel animation era <3

Thank you very much.

why not have left click fire and right click throw balloons since your already aiming with mouse anyway?

I tried left click to fire, but it had a lag before firing would occur.
