Pop the Clown V1

Pop the Clown is complete! I'm so excited!

Fixed some bugs, including the second water balloon purchase, the boss clown not reappearing on replays, and more.

Change the store prices and the Score to Ticket ratio.

Added a meter to the boss clown, so the player can see how filled she is between blowups.

Added a small photo album, so players can see the full art of the clowns popped out of their pants.
