Pop the Clown V.04

Nothing big with this update. Just general cleanup with nicer backgrounds and main menu.

This version has a downloadable copy, playable on Windows.

Round One is almost complete. 

• Pink-purple clown's head is a little big.
• Short blue clown is going to have a touch more animation.
• I need to check the saving.
