Do The Bubble Bloat v.06

Major change in presentation. The notes originally flew in horizontally from left to right. Now, the notes fly in vertically from top to bottom. This should hopefully allow players to view the animations a little easier.

Without the bottom music bar, there is more space on the screen. The dancer has been enlarged slightly.

Miss and Good have been added to Perfect.

Preparations have been made for a Credits page for the music.

I will continue updating the sprites. Bunny hop needs bigger belly sizes. I have decided I do not like the right arm shake move, so it will be replaced. Shake section needs updating.
