Do The Bubble Bloat v.04

The dancer's belly bloats based on the score multiplier. 

With that, the code is nearly ready. I still have to play with the timer. It is time to start updating the graphics, so the dancer will have different moves for each button. I have chosen a few dance moves to use like The Twist and The Bunny Hop. Of course, I need to update the background and buttons as well.

After that will come the backup dancers and the watching crowd.
