Do The Bubble Bloat v.05

Lots of picture updates.

- Menu, background, buttons, idle, arm swing dance, and twist dance have been updated.

I hope to update the final dance move and miss pictures before the jam's deadline.

Backup dancers and audience.

Sound effects: gulp, burp, gurgle.

Watch mode:  Watch the ladies dance without watching the bottom of the screen. Buttons control belly size.

Opening cutscene where the backup dancers encourage the main lady to dance.

Raise the multiplier cap back to 10X. It was cut to 5X because of the number of dancing sprites needed.
